The open-plan living area leads to a fenced swimming pool, BBQ, and large enclosed garden. Suited for families, kids can play in the fully enclosed garden with a double swing and two jungle gyms catering to all ages. Our inverter system and backup water supply guarantees uninterrupted comfort, free from any loadshedding disruptions. Conveniently located between George Airport (34 min) and Knysna (23 min). Our home is an ideal base, for walking, birdwatching, paddling, fishing, cycling, or running, and exploring the Garden Route. Guest access The entire property is available for guests exclusive use and no one else will be sharing the space with you. We only make available the number of rooms based on the number of guests booked so please ensure you stipulate the correct number of guests. Other things to note We welcome pets! But please note only with advance written permission. Additional charges apply and are subject to certain basic criteria. We are 2km from the Cloud Nine paragliding landing site, an ideal base for this activity. The Swartvlei Estuary/Lagoon that flows adjacent to Sedgefield is a National Park and listed as an Important Bird Area due to its global importance as habitat for migratory birds. It is safe to swim and paddle on. Keen birders will not be disappointed. A must for keen fisherman. We have uncapped Wi-Fi currently 6MB, but can be upgraded on request at an additional cost. Our Smart Media Box has a Netflix account preloaded and you are welcome sign into your streaming apps. All our double beds have electric blankets to ensure additional comfort when required.
