My place is close to: Ice Palace, Nevskaya Wave Water Complex: Spar 24 hours, Lenta, Carousel, London Mall Mall; Fitness House, Olympic. You will like it, because my house is located 10 minutes from the metro, to the center of 20 minutes by metro. The space near the house: green yard, there is a school, a kindergarten, a park area for sports, a grill. My place is great for : couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
