Detached modern house 5 mins from The South Downs

This is a lovely airy and light modern room with its own private ensuite wet room . The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and within five minutes walking distance to the town centre. Steyning is a town but with the village atmosphere . I am a friendly landlady and available to help when needed. This is a family home we have a dog and a cat and so we also need our own space to carry on with our daily family life . Guest access A guest can access their rooms - shared bathrooms - Utility room for the microwave and and use of the cooker in the kitchen when convenient. The family room is for the family to have their own private space. During your stay I am used to lodgers who have use of the cooker but use their room as the main place to inhabit because this is a family house and I have children.
