Stylish, air conditioned, 1 bedroom self-contained B&B apartment located on the ground floor of my residence in a quiet street in Grafton. Only 4 minutes drive to CBD. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers. The space The unit is in a quiet area yet close to the CBD. It would suit professionals with short or longer contract work in the area or couples travelling through the region; those in Grafton to visit with family; or attending Grafton's many key event such as Race Week, Jacaranda, Art Gallery openings, concerts, Ski and Dragon boat racing, sailing, rowing and fishing, hockey, netball or football carnivals. The unit accommodates a single adult or a couple and is all on one ground-floor level. Guest access The unit has its own private entrance. The guests have sole use of the unit, and after discussion, may have shared access to a large family room opening onto pool if more space is needed. The pool and spa are available to guests after discussion re specifics, and the riverbank, the river and a kayak are also available for guest use. A seat is situated on the river bank and there is access to the river. The unit is on the ground floor of my home and does not have river views. However the river levy is only 20 m away and has a bench for relaxing with river views.
