An ideal home away from home for large families and groups of friends. The space Built and renovated in 2020, this unique home has 2 floors of total 300m2. The 1st floor includes a large hallway, living room, and dining areas with kitchen, 2 master bedrooms, master bathroom with laundry room and guest toilet. The living room and 2 bedrooms have access to a huge patio. The underground floor consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with kingsize beds and one big bathroom, a gym equipped with Technogym exercise machines, a modern sauna. The last part is a big entertainment area with a billiard table, wine cellar, and kitchen with a large TV screen. The down floor has an exit straight to the beach. Our home is equipped with luxury furniture and high-quality materials, powerful AC, and ventilation systems. The beach can be accessed from both floors: from the patio (upper floor) and from the entertainment room (from the underground floor). Guest access Guests are welcome to use amenities of the building and a beach space in front of the building. The apartment has 2 levels (ground and underground level) and it is accessible from by elevator and stairway.
