The Villa's elegant interiors & peaceful natural locale are ideal for family get-togethers, groups of friends, business meets or tourists etc. The Terrace Garden Suite + Studio & Garden View Rooms are located on 1st & 2nd Floors are all well appointed & feature 2 Kitchens & their own private stair entry access. Our peaceful, pollution-free & tranquil surroundings help one to relax, refresh & rejuvenate with Mother Nature. The Villa's architecture has been personally designed keeping Vaastu/Feng-Shui principles in mind & is built in a unique Southwest USA Pueblo ranch style but modernized with a more crisp & angular form. All our elegant spacious rooms are fully furnished, Air-conditioned , well equipped & feature large openable windows & glass areas that lets in plenty of fresh air & sunlight for a bright, cheerful & airy ambience. From the Villa, you can often see Nilgai /Bluebull or Indian Antelope, Peacocks, Monkeys, Rabbits, Pheasants etc many a times just outside your windows ! The main sounds you will probably hear during your stay are the chirping of a variety of hummingbirds, sparrows, robins, peacocks, white doves, roosters, etc., & yes the occasional monkeys ! Our Terraced Garden Guest Suite & Studio both feature their own private balconies, lawns & chickoo trees are one of our most unique features that are highly appreciated by our guests, who find them perfect to chill out & relax! Casa Amba's interior/exterior walls & ceilings are uniquely made of eco friendly hand laid "Lippan" or Adobe mud & brick, which not only imparts a very rustic & cozy country ambience, but also helps to naturally keep the Villa's interiors cool & comfy during hot summers. In our humble effort to help in our small part to save our planet, the use of 100% Adobe, natural soil & lawn in the balcony & roof gardens naturally cools the Villa's internal room temperature by as much as 12-18 ° C during peak summers! This helps to conserve at least 25-30% of energy thereby significantly reduce our carbon footprint. The guest bedrooms are located on the 1st & 2nd floors & have their own independent staircase & private entry. The 1st & 2nd guest floors are totally self contained with their own private kitchen, dining area, balcony & terrace garden with lawns, for our guests to enjoy their own privacy, all amenties & comfort. Guests are welcome to sit out & enjoy the main garden, the balcony & terrace gardens . Kindly NOTE the Ground Floor Main Entrance, Master Drawing Room/ Dining room /Kitchen & Ground floor Bedroons of the Villa are private & are only for use by the host family & the Villa Staff. In light of the current situation we have commited to follow Airbnb's 'Enhanced Clean' protocols & have trained all our staff to be extra rigorous & vigilant in sanitization methods & maintaining both social distancing & wearing face masks. ALL our guest rooms, kitchens & common areas are disinfected as per Airbnb safety protocols. MAIN POINTS TO NOTE: => Kindly note that due to safety reasons in light of the current pandemic, we do NOT serve any meals/ snacks/ tea at other random times. A Light Veg/Eggetarian Breakfast may be arranged by us with advance notice & will be subject to sraff/provisions availabilty & at extra charges as per our T&CA. => Home delivery of a variety of food is easily available to order online from Zomato, Swiggy etc. We have plenty of restaurants such as Honest/Havmor, Subway, McDonalds etc & local dhabas within a 10 minute drive, => There are numerous Kirana/Vegetable & Dairy shops very close by within walking distance. Guests can also easily order online home delivery of food/milk/veggies etc & all personal items from BigBasket & Amazon. => Non Veg food is allowed to be ordered/cooked. => Kindly do not ask our staff to serve you tea/coffee or to make meals, snacks etc. at at random times or request for any room service. Ifyou should need something special, please ask us & we shall try to arrange it. => Unlimited 8-Stage R.O Mineral filter water is complementary, as well as freshly brewed Tea or Coffee is available in the morning & evening @ Rs. 15/- cup. => Kindly treat our home & our staff as you would treat in your own home & please keep your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, garden & common areas clean & tidy. Our staff is NOT supposed to clean up a mess if guests dirty any areas, otherwise cleaning charges may be charged extra. => Kindly NOTE That the Ground Floor Main Entrance, Master Drawing Room/ Dining room with Island Kitchen & Ground floor Bedroons of the Villa are PRIVATE & which are used by & meant solely for the host family & Villa Staff only. => All guests are requested to remove & keep all your shoes either at the space inside the first floor lobby area or near the front door. => Kindly note that your A.C's, T.V's, Fans, Lights, Water Faucet/ Heater etc. are to be switched off when not in use or while you are leaving the Villa. => If our guests wishes to use our kitchen for their cooking, there is cover charges for usage of Gas/Electricty/Kitchen & Utensils Cleaning Fee which will be on a daily chargeable pro-rata basis at Rs. 50 per day per guest booking of upto 2 guests. => TataSky HD TV Channels can be customised by each guest as per their individual choice of broadcasters pack/ channels & will be chargeable as extra as per guests choice of channel/pack selections => Kindly do not throw ANY trash, eatables, left-over food, vegetables, sauces, etc in any kitchen sink /bathroom sinks or other areas, otherwise extra maintenance/cleaning charges will be applicable. = Kindly do not feed our German Shepherd furrbabies ANY snacks, left over food or drinks. => Laundry washing Service without any Ironing @ Rs. 300 upto 7 KG per1 washing machine load. Washing/Ironing is Rs.30 per garment => Bedroom cleaning & general housekeeping is provided complementary once every day. Linen turnover / fresh towels will be provided ONLY once every 4 days. For any special requests, do certainly let us know. => All guests bathrooms are cleaned & sanitized prior to your arrival, after which they are to be kept clean & tidy by the guests ONLY. We request you to be eco friendly & try to conserve water, as it is a precios resource . => Smoking is permitted in only all the outdoor areas, NOT in the bedrooms or shared ares in the villa, kindly collect after smoking all the ciggie stubs which will be ecologically disposed off later. => Please note that drinking/consuming/storing of any alcohol is allowed only after obtaining the necessary Govt of Gujarat valid Liquor permit . As per law, we have a zero tolerance policy for any alcohol, gambling, any immoral / antisocial activity, or consumption of any drugs/narcotic or illegal substances within the villa. => Guest's or their visitors will be solely liable to compensate us for any damages / breakages to our property, furniture, bathroom shower fixtures, TV’s, Fans/A.C or any other electric appliances, cutlery, crockery, fixtures etc. Any stains or damage to the bedroom linens / towels & also for loss/misplacement of any of the Villa's item(s), which will be required to be compensated financially back to us before check out. .=> Quiet / Silent hour timings are between 10:00 P.M to 8:00 AM every day & are requested to be clearly observed & respected as a basic courtesy for all our guests, neighbours & host.
