The space ☑ On the second and top floor of the "Maison Garroenea" tourist residence. ☑ 20 m² studio with bedroom and ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet). ☑ 140 x 190 bed with duvet in the main room. Open ☑ kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. ☑ Television and WIFI Internet Access included. ☑ EAST-facing with views of the village and Suhalmendi hills. ☑ HOUSEHOLD LINEN (sheets/bath towels/tea towels) INCLUDED and BEDS MADE on arrival. ☑ CLEANING NOT INCLUDED in the rate to be done upon checkout. Guest access ⚬ CHECK-IN & WELCOME ⚬ ☛ Check-in / Personalized welcome: from 5:00 p.m. ☛ Check-in / Self check-in: from 8:00 p.m. I will personally welcome you between 5pm and 8pm according to the schedule you have indicated to us in our welcome form. After 8 p.m., the keys can be handed over via a secure box and you will have independent access to the apartment using the explanations I will have given you. During your stay you will have access to the accommodation at any time through the set of keys provided on arrival, we just ask you to keep noise to a minimum in order to respect the neighbors, the apartment is located in a residence made up of other apartments. ⚬ PARKING ⚬ The house has a private parking lot in front of it that it shares with its neighbors from the Trinquet/Bar/Restaurant. You will therefore be able to park in front as long as there are spaces available (about 20) ⚬ CHECKOUT & KEY COLLECTION ⚬ ☛ Checkout/Key handover: between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Other things to note ⚬ OCCUPANCY and RATE ⚬ In order to be as fair as possible regarding our rates, the advertised prices are calculated for a maximum number of guests. Beyond this number, any additional guest must be specified to us and will be subject to an additional charge. We therefore ask you, when booking, to be precise about the number of occupants during your stay allowing a fair billing and also facilitating the preparation of your accommodation before your arrival (additional linen/beds or sofa to prepare/ etc). ⚬ WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION ⚬ When booking, you must specify the exact number of occupants of the accommodation in order to provide exactly the right amount of linens. Sheets are provided, a pair of towels per person will be at your disposal in the bathroom as well as a bath mat for the family. In the kitchen, you will also find a pair of dish towels as well as the necessary equipment and products to do the dishes. Some basic necessities will be at your disposal to help you start your stay (oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, 2 rolls of toilet paper, etc.) The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker. ⚬ WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATES ⚬ ☛ CONSUMABLES: To compensate for late arrivals, very short stays, possible oversights in your shopping lists or a sudden desire, we have chosen to provide you with a "starter" kit allowing you to wait until the next day to buy what you are missing. You will therefore find enough to start your stay or help you out but not all of your consumption during the stay, I am thinking for example of toilet paper, coffee or sugar! ☛ STORAGE/CLEANING UPON CHECKOUT ⚬ WHAT WE CAN LEND YOU ⚬ The Garroenea house can provide you with equipment for your child such as a travel crib, a changing table, a small bathtub, a high chair, a booster seat for a table chair or a booster seat for a car. If you would like to benefit from this equipment, please specify this during our various exchanges so that we can install them in the accommodation before your arrival. ⚬ STORAGE/CLEANING ⚬ As the Garroenea house is a tourist residence offering apartments for short-term rental and NOT a hotel, cleaning is therefore NOT INCLUDED in the price. At the end of the stay, the premises must be returned in a condition equivalent to that of the arrival. Whatever the reasons and the length of your stay, upon your departure the accommodation must have been TIDIED AND CLEANED. In order to allow everyone to control their budget, we have chosen NOT to automatically charge for the CLEANING service and appeal to the common sense of guests and ask them to perform cleaning tasks before their departure. To do this, the necessary materials and products will be available in the accommodation. If you want to relieve yourself of the cleaning, you can opt for the cleaning service of €30.00 to be added to the balance of your stay - to be specified during our various exchanges and to be paid upon arrival.
