B&B Stefano - double room in house by the wood.

Detached, very quiet house in a wood, with a garden and ample shared spaces. The space Your room and the living room are on the first floor, the common bathroom and kitchenette/minifridge right outside (see the pictures) My nearest neighbor is 700 meters away, rare cars along the road, more deers than humans most of the times… so yes, quiet :) Guest access Parking is along the road right outside a fence. Rooms are on the first floor. Other things to note - reachability that this b&b is in a detached house in the countryside: that means silence and peace but also.. about 1.2 km of country road from the nearest village. The road is asphalted and wide enough to be traveled by, say, trucks; some drivers don't feel at ease on such roads though, especially at night for the lack of streetlights. In that case you might want to arrive before it’s dark. - check-in: The check-in times can be arranged prior to your arrival; informing me of the expected time of arrival, however approximate, would be appreciated. - connectivity: the surroundings are covered by the two major networks (TIM,Vodafone, Wind); walls are thick though, so the actual connetivity inside is sketchy and depending on your devices.
