The space Our villa is a 150-year-old Toba Batak house, adorned with intricate carvings and a painted facade featuring four singa—guardians of Batak culture. Originally located on the shores of Lake Toba in North Sumatra, this architectural marvel was lovingly relocated to Bali two decades ago by a Balinese family devoted to preserving its grandeur and craftsmanship. Other things to note There is a local Balinese school nearby, prepare yourself to the sound of students around 7-8AM on weekdays. Our villa is located in lush green environment of tropical gardens and forest. We maintain a high cleaning standards, however in cases of heavy rain or drought seasons, we can’t fully control the local wildlife from scouting around the property.
