It is conveniently located close to the B51 (Trier-Cologne) The space The cozy apartment is very bright and has a fireplace, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. In one of the rooms you can also push the beds apart for a little more distance. Bed sheets and towels are provided for free (1 set per guest and booking). The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machines, toaster, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, blender, etc. Next to the table for 6 people there is a counter with 3 bar stools for a "quick breakfast" The bathroom is equipped with a spacious corner bathtub, there is also a washing machine. Hand and bath towels are provided free of charge. In the large living room is the fireplace. It can be used to heat the whole apartment. After extensive sightseeing tours, it invites you to cozy couch hours with firelight and pleasant warmth. Firewood is provided - For your safety, we have installed several smoke and CO detectors. Guest access The apartment has separate access via an external staircase. A private, free parking space is available on the property. There is space for 2 vehicles of the guests. Other vehicles can be parked on the street, directly in front of the property. Other things to note For our protection and the protection of our guests, the parking lot and outdoor areas of the property are under video surveillance and the building is equipped with motion detectors and automatic lights. The 8 m x 4 m x 1.35 m pool can be used in the summer months, if we put it into operation. Availability is expressly not guaranteed. The pool is unheated. We only set it up if the weather is good. Please inquire briefly before booking. Since the pool is surrounded by trees, leaves or small branches can occasionally be blown in by the wind.
