Nice studio near Campo dei Fiori

The studio is located in a fantastic position right in heart of Rome, precisely in one of the most characteristic neighbourhoods of the city, Campo de' Fiori. From the studio is possible to visit all the main monuments and areas of interest just walking and avoiding tubes or buses. Campo de' Fiori: 5 minutes walking distance Pantheon: 12 minutes walking P. Navona: 10 minutes walking P. Venezia: 15 minutes walking Colosseum: 25 minutes walking San Peter & Vatican: 25 minutes walking The space The studio is composed of a small living room with table and chairs, a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials to cook, a bathroom with shower, the bedroom is on the above floor on a small loft, where you can find a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. Air conditioning available (hot and cold mode). Bear in mind the studio flat is a basement and only has a small high window without a view and does not have natural light. Guest access At your arrival you will receive the studio keys and all the information you might need. Self check-in available upon request. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in hours are between 2pm-8pm. Since there is no reception the time of your check in must be strictly indicated within 48 hours prior to your arrival, otherwise I might not be able to accomodate your desired time. We guarantee maximum flexibility on the check-in times, but after 8.00pm the time is to be agreed according to the availability of the host. At check-in, or beforehand in the case of self check-in, all guests' identity documents will be required for registration as required by Italian law.
