Beautiful restored traditional farmhouse, located on a hill at the entrance of a small quiet and pleasant village overlooking the Dronne Valley between Brantôme (the Green Venice of Périgord) and Ribérac. Périgueux (City of Art and History) is only 25 km away. Les Eyzies are 1 hour drive and Sarlat about 1.5 hours. The space The house has a double exposure: the enclosed courtyard to the south, for sunny breakfasts, and two terraces to the northwest that benefit from the midday shade, facing the pool and the panorama. Note that the pool is not treated with chlorine, but with active oxygen, which is odorless and less corrosive! - On the ground floor, the entrance provides access to 2 large 30 m2 rooms: the living room, and the dining room. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, and leads to the south terrace. - Upstairs, a landing-office leads to a first bedroom (160 X 200 bed), a second bedroom (2 140 X 190 beds) and the bathroom with walk-in shower. - There is 1 toilet per level.
