Well-designed, bright, cocooning and well-equipped 24 m2 studio with separate bedroom, beautiful services, the studiolivio has a balcony with unobstructed views of La Croix de l'Alp and the famous black rocks of the Ubaye. Welcome to you! The space The studiolivio is located in a residence with an elevator and a caretaker present year-round. The ski lifts are within a 5-minute walk. The same goes for local shops and services. The balcony has unobstructed mountain views and a quiet location. Tastefully refurbished, the studio is warm and pleasant to live in. It has full equipment (see pictures). The living room is arranged in a lounge area, dining area and equipped kitchen. The bedroom with window allows a separate space for children. The bathroom and toilet are also separate. The studio offers storage spaces that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You have a ski closet (level -4 number 40) with access to the outside from the room Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided by the owner, but the Conciergerie de l'Ubaye offers linen rental services. All you need to do is talk to Vanina before your stay. On the other hand, the studio is equipped with quality duvets and pillows for each bed. Cleaning products are available for the end-of-stay cleaning, however a "cleaning" service is possible with the Conciergerie de l'Ubaye.
