The town of Pionersky is a resort and seaport. The city is home to the state residence of the President of the Russian Federation, Yantar. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, in a house with a fenced area built in 2016. Nearby there is a supermarket, cafe, pharmacy, shops, railway station, bus station. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It is also not intended for noisy entertainment parties. Check-in from 2pm - check-out before 12pm. The space The apartment is fully furnished. Guest access Appliances (TV, washing machine, refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board) are available, as well as bed linen, towels, beach towels and umbrella. The apartment has everything for cooking - pots, pans, dishes, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, spices.
