Charming apartment arranged on several levels and newly renovated, where two people can enjoy large and comfortable spaces, as the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. The location is enviable, in a very central position, adjacent to Piazza della Libertà and a stone's throw from the historic center. The area is residential and equipped with every useful service: bars, typical restaurants, supermarkets are a short distance from the apartment. Ideal for a comfortable stay! The space The 80-square-meter accommodation is on the second floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street and is spread over several levels. It is therefore necessary to climb several flights of stairs. The interior space is divided as follows. On the first floor, after climbing a flight of stairs, we find: - Kitchenette equipped with two induction plates, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle and microwave - Living room with double sofa bed, TV and split AC - Bedroom with double bed, single folding bed, chest of drawers, clothes stand and split AC - Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower stall - 2 balconies. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Warning: the terrace is NOT currently accessible. Guest access The whole place is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note 7 days before arrival, you'll receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: The average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types. Winter: The weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23. The keys must be collected from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 10-minute walk from the apartment. After 9 p.m., check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following surcharges: - 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: €25.00; - 11:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.: €30.00; - 12:00 a.m. - 1:30 a.m.: €40.00. The tourist tax will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
