The house is situated in the Granville sub-division of Catalunen Pequeño. The living area is 45sqm, outside area roofed with terrace and utility areas. The living/dining area has a sofa, 43" TV with Android TV , Wifi, Desk area, A/C, dining suite and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and A/C. Enjoy an impressive view of Mount Apo (3000m high) from the end of the street. You will love the very nice subdivision swimming pool. STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the property!!! The space Get away from the black Jeepney exhaust smoke, downtown traffic jams and typical city noise and heat. We are always optimising the house and listening to guest feedback on the subject. This is not like a cramped Condo! You can sit outside on the terrace in the evenings, just bring the fan outside, your privacy is ensured by the screen of bamboo planted outside. We have extended the terrace roof to prevent heavy rainfall from intruding into the terrace. Attractions in the district: Deca Wakeboarding centre Mintal, Vista Mall Mintal, Japanese Tunnel, Jaks Ridge, SM Ecoland, UP Mindanao, Davao Sport Complex, Malagos Garden resort and Chocolate museum, Philippine Eagle Centre, Huni Farm in Wangan, Los Amigos childrens park, Eden nature park and the new Coastal road are not too far away. Best beaches are on Samal and Talicud Islands. McDonalds, Jollibee, Chow King and Baka Naman are all represented nearby, about 10 to 15 minutes by tricycle. Guest access All parts of the property are accessable, no shared areas, you rent the entire property! Other things to note There is a swimming pool, childrens play area, a covered basketball court and a clubhouse, also an open basketball court just 60 metres from the door. The sub-division is patrolled daily by security staff. Bakery, fresh fish, fruit and veg, bbq chicken, eatery, carwash, massage, drinking water and laundromat all available just outside the sub-division gate about 5 minutes walk away. Here you can also take a tricycle to the highway, Gaisano Capital and Vista Mall in nearby Mintal. If you walk to the end of the street early in the morning you can get a great clear view of Mount Apo! Note: there is a 120Peso per person /day charge for use of the swimming pool payable at the Clubhouse office.
