The space The property consists of three well-furnished and comfortable rooms and is located in the very outskirts of the city in front of the Maggiolina park. With a few minutes on foot you can reach the Migliarina Railway Station, which then allows you to reach the enchanting Cinque Terre. You can walk to numerous points of interest as well as every convenience such as a shopping center, pharmacies, and various shops. In the city, crossing the new Revel bridge, you can walk from Molo Italia to Porto Mirabello, where there are restaurants and nightclubs, also great for a relaxing walk among the beautiful moored yachts. With a few minutes by car you can also get to the beautiful towns in the area such as Lerici, Portovenere, but also Versilia with its beaches, shops and nightclubs. Right under the building there is a bus stop, crossing the beautiful Maggiolina park, you can get to the Esselunga supermarket and the secondary railway station of Migliarina, which is convenient for reaching the enchanting Cinque Terre... not to be missed. In the immediate vicinity, a beautiful shopping center called "Le Terrazze" was built a few months ago, with all kinds of restaurants, shops, and stores inside. Getting here is very simple: by car, take the La Spezia Santo Stefano highway exit, after the toll booth continue to La Spezia and take the highway link to the first traffic light where you have to turn right. Continue past a roundabout and reach a traffic light where you have to turn left and continue straight until the traffic light. Continue straight to reach another traffic light where you have to turn left. Continue straight (on your right you will find the Police Station) until the traffic light and turn right until another traffic light.
