Welcome to the Residence Holidays in Pietra Ligure! 🌞 Located just a 15-minute walk from the sea, our residence is surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center. Our modern and comfortable apartments ensure a relaxing stay, and during the summer, you can enjoy our outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day. Relax in our shaded areas with a good book or savor a drink from our café by the pool. The space Discover our recently renovated two-room apartment located on the third floor (accessible via stairs), perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. The bedroom features a double bed and two single beds, one fixed and the other pull-out. The living room offers a comfortable living space with a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped for preparing your favorite meals, and the bathroom has all the necessary comforts. Relax on the balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. Experience the comfort of feeling at home during your vacation in Pietra Ligure! Please note that we have several apartments of this type. The layout and color scheme may vary, but the composition and amenities of the apartments remain the same. Guest access Our guests can enjoy all outdoor spaces, including the pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a solarium—perfect for a relaxing day. There’s a bar area where adults can sip on a drink while children have fun at the playground, equipped with swings, slides, and a ping pong table. Summer Services: Pool (available from June 1st to the end of September) Bar/snack area (open during the same period) Children’s animation (available from mid-June to the first week of September) Poolside dinners with music Free shuttle service to and from the beaches Barbecue area Our guests can always enjoy free parking and access to the barbecue area throughout the year. Other things to note During the summer, we love to entertain our guests with a weekly program of children's animation and live music. For the more active guests, we organize sailing trips, mountain biking tours, and trekking in our beautiful countryside. In the summer, we offer a free shuttle service to and from the beaches and the town, available at four different times throughout the day. Pets are welcome at the Residence!
