The town center of Velden and the lake can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The natural location between Forstsee and Saissersee is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks. The Roman Gorge is just 50 meters from the house. A stage of the Alps-Adriatic Trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the property. It is a vacation home with balcony, new kitchen with cozy sitting area, spacious bedroom and shower room with window. There is one double bed and a sleeping couch for a possible third person. I can provide a crib on request. This can easily be accommodated in the bedroom. All areas of the apartment are private and are only used by you. The garden can also be used. The hallway/entrance area is shared with two other parties. The same applies to the laundry room: Here a washing machine and dryer are available for free use. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
