Lovely, sunny private bedroom & bathroom Paris 16

Large private room with small desk and private bathroom + toilet near Eiffel Tower, Roland Garros, Parc des Princes, Palace of Versailles. Nice comfortable and bright room, unobstructed view of the rooftops of Paris, in beautiful apartment. Ideal location for visiting Paris and Versailles or for Roland Garros, Parc des Princes or Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. You have limited access to the kitchen (fridge, microwave) and living room to eat your meals. The space All utilities are in a great condition and the bed is very comfy. You will find all basics and beyond in the double bedroom (bed linens, very comfortable mattress; large closet), the bathroom (fresh towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer), and the kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, micro-wave, the, coffee, kettle..). You can take your meals in the dining room but you will not be abl to use the oven or the induction cooker because i also leave in the appartement and the kitchen is not separated from the dining room (as you may see on the pictures). Guest access private bedroom, bathroom with private toilet, limited access to the kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishes, kettle, tea and coffee) and to the living room table to have your meals. During your stay In general, check-in is in the evening from 7:00 p.m. and I will be there to welcome you and when you check out. Other times are possible depending on my availability. However, I am always reachable by text. And I'm here to help you with anything you need. Other things to note I have a very pretty and adorable cat who loves to be animated and cuddled. Everyone loves my cat. Her name is Opale.
