We offer 2 three-room units on the ground floor and without any apartment above, in one of the best areas of San Teodoro, each consisting of a living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, TV and kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, cutlery and cookware, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, both bedrooms with wardrobe and bedside tables, bathroom with shower (box) and washing machine. Continuous hot water. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Free Wi-Fi The space In the external part, there is a comfortable covered veranda with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden on 3 sides (in the back part there is the basolato), partially fenced with a low wall and hedges, a masonry barbecue and a low shower that is very useful for rinsing off the sand when you return from the beach. Uncovered parking space adjacent to the house (not assigned). In the three-room apartments on the ground floor, as in all our apartments, medium or small pets are welcome upon communication at the time of booking. Guest access Inside there are 4 rooms: the living room with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed, TV and a sideboard containing cutlery, plates and pots of various kinds; double bedroom with 2-door wardrobe; bedroom with 2 single beds and 2-door wardrobe; full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
