Very comfortable self-cont. ecological accommodation for up to 15 guests 8km from town.Homestead 3 bedrooms&2 adjoining self contained units.Total 5 bedrooms,11 beds. On 34 acres with lovely gardens and lawns with spectacular alpine and valley views. Please note - Guests are required to bring their own linen upper and lower bed sheets and bath towels. We provide hand towels, bath mats, doonas and covers, electric blanket, blankets, pillows and pillow covers. The space This is a large property in a spectacular setting with large enclosed and lit outdoor dining area as well as the indoor formal and casual dining areas.There is a big modern kitchen with every amenity and appliance as well as access to a well supplied pantry.Outdoors we have a wood fired pizza oven and mini spit and wood cooking complex-even with its own herb garden.There is a 4 burner gas BBQ too!! Guest access Guests have access to our large open and flat areas ,orchard ,olive grove ,vineyard ,wood fired pizza oven, wood minispit. Guest are required to bring their own linen, towels, upper and lower bed sheets Other things to note Christmas, New Year and Easter we require 4 nights minimum booking. Labour day, Queens Birthday, Melbourne Cup weekend we require 3 nights minimum booking. Although all systems are conventional-water, hot water, toilets etc guests need to familiarise themselves with the systems of the house from our webpage-especially operating a wood fire, pizza oven and wood spit if unfamiliar with them. Due to COVID, We are no longer accepting weddings at our property!
