The space The apartment consists of a large living room with an exclusively equipped kitchen (Miele hob with external extractor, dishwasher, oven, Liebherr fridge/freezer and Liebherr wine fridge) and open fireplace. On the east side is the 9 m² loggia and on the west side is a balcony. One of the two Wittmann couches in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed if necessary. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine or wall radiators, a toilet and a bedroom. All wet rooms as well as the corridor have underfloor heating and the entire apartment is air-conditioned. Plus infinity pool 12 x 4 m. You want to feel like embracing the world - without any noise - just view and ambience - you've found it! This chalet like air-conditioned apartment is sitting on the top of a hill without any direct neighbor (next neighbors about 500 m away) but it takes only 7 min to the little town of Schwanberg (Billa, Raiffeisen Bank, restaurants) or 15 minutes to the district capital Deutschlandsberg (both by car) where you can get almost anything. Deutschlandsberg castle has a Gault Millau awarded restaurant and around the corner at Schloss Frauental you have a great golf course. In 20 mins you are up on the "Weinebene" which is a great area to hike or mountain-bike or just for mushroom hunting. The "South Styrian Wine Route" is also close - only 30 mins away by car or taxi (taxis are readily available in case of need) Guest access The apartment has its own entrance exclusively for the guests of the apartment.
