The compact, well‑equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave and a small fridge/freezer. The lounge features a TV with Freeview and reliable Wi‑Fi. A comfortable double bed with quality linen is located on the second floor and the separate bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. Central heating and plentiful hot water ensure a cosy stay throughout the year. Practical extras include off‑road parking and an on‑site electric vehicle charger available to guests for a small fee. Well‑behaved pets are welcome by arrangement; we ask that they are not left alone in the apartment and do not climb or sleep on the furniture or bed. Enjoy river trips to the pretty village of Calstock and walks to the National Trust gardens at Cotehele, take the train into Cornwall for coastal days out in Looe or St Ives, or head inland to explore the dramatic tors, moorland walks and historic villages of Dartmoor. Guest access Parking is located directly by the property and none of the space is shared plus you will have no adjacent neighbours as this is a detached property. If available please park in front of the wall if there is a space. If full, feel free to park in front of the black gates however please leave access to the double garage as it is in constant use. You have full use of the 2 storey property and there is a large balcony for your use with seating. With prior notice, we also have secure storage for Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes should you wish to bring your own as Brunel Boathouse is an ideal location for these activities. Literally across the road from the property is a slipway and beach area to take advantage of these water sports. Other things to note Fabulous accommodation with wonderful views situated by the World famous Isambard Kingdom Brunel railway bridge. You can hear the rumble of the trains however there is a 10mph speed limit and they do not normally run throughout the night. Although there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, the nearest convenience store is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk. Supermarkets are a short drive. If walking at night, please be advised that the pavements are limited in the area and we would recommend using a torch for your safety. Electric Vehicle charger is located on the property and is available to guests, subject to charges.
