With contactless check-in and super clean processes in place, we are still following the Government guidelines at all times and more than ready for your holiday stay. This 2 floor detached house is located directly by the infamous Brunel railway bridge with views of the River Tamar which has constant activity. Picturesque and Ideal base for walking and exercising with pleasant surroundings. Situated on the Gateway to Cornwall to explore sandy beaches & places of natural beauty within easy reach. The space Brunel Boathouse is set up with all the necessities as well as a lovely view. The settee is in front of the large double doors overlooking the river. On a warm evening the doors can be opened to take in the view and you can step out onto the spacious balcony to watch the yachts go by. There is a TV with free-view plus good Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen area with an electric hob, oven, microwave and small fridge/freezer. If you need something specific just ask. A comfy good size double bed with quality linen and duvet is up a set of stairs on the second floor. The separate bathroom contains a shower, sink and toilet. There is central heating and plenty of hot water. Off road parking included. Electric Vehicle fast charger located on the property available to guests subject to charges. This fabulous cosy apartment is ideal for 2 adults but could accommodate children up to the age of 12. We can supply up to 2 camp beds with prior notice. Well behaved pets are also welcome but we do request that they are not left alone in the apartment during your stay and they do not climb/sleep on the furniture or bed. This property is perfectly situated on the Devon/Cornwall border and is perfect for a peaceful stay to explore the beauty of the 2 counties. Plymouth City Centre, the Hoe and the Barbican are only a bus ride (bus stops close by) or 15min drive plus a neighbouring mainline rail station. Please note we may have coverless duvets which are fully laundered in between reservations. Please consider any mobility issues you may have prior to booking as this property does have a flight of stairs to the lounge and the bedroom is on the second floor. Thank you. Guest access Parking is located directly by the property and none of the space is shared plus you will have no adjacent neighbours as this is a detached property. If available please park in front of the wall if there is a space. If full, feel free to park in front of the black gates however please leave access to the double garage as it is in constant use. You have full use of the 2 storey property and there is a large balcony for your use with seating. With prior notice, we also have secure storage for Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes should you wish to bring your own as Brunel Boathouse is an ideal location for these activities. Literally across the road from the property is a slipway and beach area to take advantage of these water sports. Other things to note Fabulous accommodation with wonderful views situated by the World famous Isambard Kingdom Brunel railway bridge. You can hear the rumble of the trains however there is a 10mph speed limit and they do not normally run throughout the night. Although there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, the nearest convenience store is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk. Supermarkets are a short drive. If walking at night, please be advised that the pavements are limited in the area and we would recommend using a torch for your safety. Electric Vehicle charger is located on the property and is available to guests, subject to charges.
