Description
Only 1 parking available: ask for availability if you want parking! Close to the Genova Principe station, the Aquarium and the historic center, the Damì B&B is located on the first floor of a late 19th-century building and is located inside the owners' residence, with which it shares the entrance. The apartment has been renovated while maintaining the original floor in typical Genoese grit. The space The apartment is located on the raised ground floor, accessible via four steps. Inside, there is a large entrance that houses the breakfast area, shared with other guests, a single room and a suite. In front of the apartment, there is a driveway courtyard that can accommodate up to three small or medium-sized cars, arranged one behind the other. It is necessary to check the availability of the parking lot and coordinate with the other guests and the managers of the B&B. This space is ideal for those who want to explore the city and its surroundings on foot or by public transport, leaving the car parked. However, it is not suitable for large cars or for those who intend to use the vehicle frequently during their stay. In this case, paid parking is available nearby or, with a little luck, free parking in the nearby square. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entrance/breakfast area, which is shared with other guests. During your stay I am available to guests to provide directions and advice on Genoa, how to get around and what to visit. I tend to respect the privacy of my guests, but I am available to socialize in case the guest would like to. Other things to note Free parking is available, but you need to check availability by writing that you intend to come by car. Alternatively, there are paid parking lots nearby. The two owners, Dagmar and Mimmo, Genoese by adoption but of Friulian and Sicilian origin respectively, will be there to welcome guests. With them live Nina, a nice mixed-breed dog, and Mimi and Uma, the house cats, who remain in the private part of the building and do not have access to the B&B area.
