A lovely cottage in a green area very quiet , with small outside pool (large 3 mt, long 5 mt. high 1,20 mt.) open from may till to september. Private entrance with garden. Parking for car in front of the house. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Kitchen with sofà and attic with gym, terrace 16 mq. The space very confortable and silent. Guest access Private entrance, the whole house and garden with pool and barbecue. Other things to note We accept small-medium sized animals. For late check out ask before if it's avaible. Smoking accepted only in the balcony or garden. the house is at 1,5 km from city center and close to the cottage (700 mt) you can find laundry, supermarket, pizzeria bar and bank , pharmacie. in winter period the heating is provided only for 6 hours a day, extra consumption will be charged at 1 Euro per kw.
