Potential guests, read the description so you won't have any surprises! The "vertical" house is located on a pedestrian street with steps in the historic center (typical Ligurian "caruggio") near the Casino. It is arranged on 2 FLOORS + LOFT, has four windows plus a window in the roof. The 1st floor houses the entrance (5th bed), the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor is the large kitchen/living room with a loft area where there are 2 single beds. THERE ARE INTERNAL STAIRS. The space The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, pots, dishes, cutlery, 2 moka coffee makers...and basic necessities for cooking. (oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee...) The sixth bed is a folding bed that can be opened, if necessary, in the living area under the loft near the table. The two single beds on the mezzanine can be joined to form a double bed, or mounted as bunk beds (if you communicate this a little in advance) to make room for an additional bed on the mezzanine. I can provide a bed for children up to 3 years old. For large families, for stays of at least 5 days, if guests are satisfied, up to 7/8 people can be accommodated (recommended max 4 adults), contact me if there are many of you before confirming the reservation. You will find the beds ready with blankets and clean sheets... but with many colors and towels for everyone, also colorful! During the winter season, the independent heating can be managed through the thermostat. Upon your arrival, you will find the house warm but the cost of the following days will be at your expense. We will mark the meter number together upon your arrival and departure to allow for an accurate calculation of the costs related to gas expenses. Switching the heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 10/06/2022). Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations. Sanremo Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23. There is no air conditioning, but the house has thick walls, in particular the room on the first floor remains cool even in hot periods. The window in the roof allows a quick change of air even in the upper part of the house and then, the ventilated climate of Sanremo usually helps not to suffer too much heat even in August! Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Inside the house there are stairs, a 10-step ramp to enter the house, 4 steps to access the bedroom, a ramp of another 13 steps to go up to the second floor and a wooden staircase to access the mezzanine. You can take advantage of a private garage (2.77 m wide; 5.50 m long; 2.11 m high) in an underground parking lot that is about 100 m from the house. The house is on an uphill street with wide steps that can only be reached on foot. Other things to note THE ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED ON DIFFERENT LEVELS! THERE ARE STAIRS INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION!
