The space **Description of the Villa in the Black and White Residence** Welcome to our independent villa, located in the charming Black and White Residence. Immersed in a flowery garden of bougainvillea and frangipani, the villa is characterized by a recently renovated makuti roof, which guarantees a fresh and pleasant atmosphere in every room. **Features of the Villa:** - **Spacious Living Room:** A large room divided into a dining area with a large table where you can spend great convivial moments, and a cozy seating area with two armchairs and three sofas to relax with friends and family. Ceiling fans are present throughout the villa, keeping the air fresh and comfortable. The villa also has beautiful opening windows, which make the living room very intimate and relaxing, especially useful for particularly windy evenings. We offer a shuttle service to and from the villa, which can also be used for travel during your stay. Alternatively, guests can arrive by taxi or tuk-tuk. Free parking is available outside the property. We personally take care of welcoming guests, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note Deposit: A deposit of 150 euros (or equivalent in Kenyan currency) is required, which will be returned at check-out. To make your stay unique, we offer: BREAKFAST AND DINNER included in the daily price. Transportation: For guests without a car, we offer a chauffeur-driven shuttle service for all trips from the villa, including visits to the beaches.
