Room in Pléchâtel on the heights of Vilaine

The house is in the village, Pléchâtel is a village crossed by the Vilaine, where the walks are pleasant. Pléchâtel is 10 km from Bain de Bretagne, 12 km from Guipry-Messac, 14 km from Lohéac, 28 km south of Rennes. Bedroom and upstairs bathroom for 1 or 2 people. I don't allow pets, as I already have a cat. Bakery and grocery store 3 minutes away. Pizza truck Thursday and Friday night. Let's agree on the arrival time before your reservation, in the 6pm-9pm time slot. The space The room is on the second floor of the house, it is 25 m². The bathroom is reserved for you. For 3 or 4 people, choose my second listing. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen to warm up your dishes if necessary and access to basic utensils (plates, glasses, etc.). You will have access to a bathroom dedicated to you. During your stay I will welcome you myself for the key handover. You'll have the option to share meals if I'm around. I will be present at check-in, then everyone is free to come and go as they wish. Breakfast is extra. You can put food in the fridge, heat it in the microwave, but you are not allowed to cook. Other things to note The place is ideal for hiking: departures from several routes on site and/or 2 km away (Saint-Senoux). I have several circuits available to you. We can discuss check-in and checkout times on a case-by-case basis. If time permits, you can enjoy the terrace to have your meals. There is a grocery store in the village 300 m away (see details in the guide). For people in training at TY éco², let me know in your booking request.
