The space The large living room, its kitchen & the veranda have large bay windows with a sublime view of the bay of La Ciotat and the Îles des Embiez, among the "most beautiful bays in the world". The air-conditioned 'chocolate' suite (160 cm bed) also has a beautiful sea view, as well as a shower room with adjoining toilet. The other two bedrooms (2 beds 90 in each) are east facing and also have air conditioning and a beautiful sea view. A bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a separate toilet and a washbasin. The air-conditioned veranda is equipped with two 80 x 200 beds. Outside, on the huge 170 m2 terrace, you will find comfortable garden furniture, a dining table and chairs, a bar area and high stools, as well as several deckchairs and an outdoor hot water shower for when you return from the beach. The entire interior was refurbished in 2017 and we opted for a contemporary and bright decor. TV, wifi, Nespresso, washing machine and dishwasher complete the comfort elements. Each year brings its share of improvement: new terrace in May 2019, new cupboards in 2020, renovation in 2024, painting of common areas in 2025... Guest access The entire apartment and its terrace are accessible and reserved for our guests. We have implemented a cleaning protocol to ensure the hygiene and safety of our accommodation: disinfection of handles, machines, and equipment, switches and remote controls followed by systematic ventilation. Other things to note The building is secured by a gate with code and an intercom at the entrance. The driveway entrance is also secured with a remote control. Please note, however, that only one parking space is included within the building, maximum length of the vehicle 4.90 m.
