Pleasant house of 80m2, view on the Lac du Bourget

Architect's house, wooden frame, bright, magnificent view of the lake Bourget. Living space of 50 m2 : open plan kitchen and living room, terrace of 12 m2. Bathroom and large bedroom for 2 persons, access to the 2nd terrace. Private garden, covered parking. House located in the nature, in a quiet area, 4 km from shops, at 15 min from the lake of Bourget, 35 min from the lake of Annecy, at the doors of the Natural Park of the Bauges. The terrace is new, however the railing is temporary but solid. The space I rent my house when my children are not home. You have access to 80 m2 on 2 floors of the house. The 2 floors have each a terrace, the house has no opposite, view on the lake of Bourget. Top floor: a separate entrance, a large living room and an American kitchen (dishwasher), a toilet, a terrace. Lower floor: a large bedroom, a bathroom with double sink and shower, a toilet and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. I provide all the basic products (oil, salt, pepper, spices, ..., toilet paper, soap, ...) and the linen (sheets, towels and dish towels). In winter, the house is heated by an electric heat pump. We also have a wood stove: making a fire is not necessary but is possible if you wish. The wood and necessary materials are provided. Guest access The entrance to the house is autonomous (key box), I will send you the information a week before your arrival and am at your disposal. You can contact me if you have any questions about the house and your stay, good places to visit... You have access to the ground floor (bedroom, bathroom, toilet and laundry room), possibility of giving you access to the office for remote working on specific request, and 1st floor (entrance, kitchen, living room and toilet). The top floor of the house is not accessible and uninhabited. You can enjoy 2 terraces with table and chairs for lunch, garden furniture and deckchairs, umbrellas. You have access to a parking space in the covered garage. Other things to note To access the house from the garage, there is a staircase. You can drive the car up to the entrance of the house to unload and load luggage, groceries. It is not possible to recharge an electric vehicle. Terminals are available in Grésy-sur-Aix. The house is semi-detached, with a private garden, the lake view is unobstructed and not overlooked. This is the house we live in, please take care of it!
