A few kilometers from Cortona surrounded by greenery, our company gives you the opportunity to have a unique experience. The three carefully renovated apartments each have a private space. Adjacent is a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The space Stalla apartment (2/4 people), made from the old barn of the company, has a large veranda where you can have lunch or relax. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and equipped with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. Next to it is the Castagnolo apartment (4/6 people). This apartment spread over 2 levels has a large terrace, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom and on the second level the other double bedroom and a second bathroom. The name comes from the nickname given to the last mezzanine that lived in this house. The third apartment is called Tabaccaia (4 People) and it was originally a large oven where the tobacco leaves were dried. It develops on 2 levels and has a large veranda. On the ground floor there is the living room with kitchenette and on the first floor the two double bedrooms and the bathroom. Guest access Adjacent to the 3 apartments is the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board available to customers. Each apartment is equipped with heating, free wifi, kitchens with electric oven and refrigerator with freezer. A few meters away is the swimming pool (6m×12m) with unheated jacuzzi.Around the pool there are available to customers deck chairs and umbrellas .
