The villas of Île d'Aix are composed of 3 accommodations that can accommodate 20 people. This "Noroit" house/studio accommodates 2 people, has a living room, a mezzanine bedroom and a separate bathroom. Outside, table, garden benches and deckchairs are at your disposal. PETS NOT ALLOWED except in exceptional cases. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July/August The space A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, Nespresso and coffee maker) completes this set. Sheets and towels are provided. The bed is made on arrival. Cleaning is also included in the rental amount. Guest access Check-in/out of the house on Saturday in July/August, 7 nights minimum. The rest of the year no restriction on the day of arrival (2 nights minimum) Other things to note This Noroit villa/studio can also be rented with the Eole (12 pers.) and Zephyr (6 pers.) villas allowing groups, clubs, several families (7 bedrooms in total for 20 people, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, etc.) to fully enjoy the magic of Ile d'Aix. The 3 villas are in the same place, totally independent, each with their own terraces and access. They are managed by the same owner.
