All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a large roof terrace with an exclusive lounger. The other two bedrooms have direct access to the garden. The kitchen with a large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything you need. In front of the kitchen is the approximately 30 square meter covered outdoor area with dining area and lounge furniture. There is a fireplace in the living room. You will also find a large Full HD television and a stereo system here. From the approximately 90 sqm pool terrace you can enjoy the 43 sqm pool (heatable, extra cost). Several terraces are shaded with approximately 86 square meters of pergolas. You can park your car in the shaded carport. Made of pure natural stone, it nestles into the unbridled nature of Crete.
