With its wooden ceiling, abundant natural light, the space offers a warm and natural atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a 43” TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a small wine fridge, ensuring a comfortable self-catered holiday. The dining area comfortably seats up to four guests. Ascending a few stairs, the first bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 m × 2.00 m), a desk with a comfortable chair, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, blackout curtains, and air conditioning. Balcony doors provide direct access outside and offer additional privacy. Upstairs, in the attic, you’ll find two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with a portable closet and a portable fan for added comfort. The space is enclosed with thick blackout curtains for added privacy. A second bathroom with a bathtub is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The outdoor area of the residence, accessible via an exterior staircase from the main entrance, offers magical views of the Libyan Sea. Step outside to a spacious, beautifully designed terrace—the heart of the home—where you can relax and unwind while taking in breathtaking sea views. Shaded by a wooden pergola with flowing curtains and a ceiling fan for comfort, the terrace features a large dining table seating up to six guests, perfect for enjoying meals in the sea breeze. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a fridge, compact dishwasher, sink, cookware, and a gas BBQ, making outdoor dining easy and enjoyable. For an extra touch of relaxation, the private hot tub for up to five guests offers a wonderful spot to soak and unwind. Two sun beds, a shower and a cozy seating area provide a unique perspective of both the sea and the surrounding mountains—ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. Other things to note - The residence features one bedroom in an attic accessed by stairs, and there are additional stairs in the outdoor area. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
