Unlimited adventures await in the incomparable San Juan National Forest with walking access to three watersheds with abundant trout and extraordinary vistas of the Needles Mountains. The home is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces on different floors as well an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, high end appliances and great views. There are 5 TVs in the house (each bedroom and both living spaces) and the main living space and master bedroom feature gas fireplaces. The large deck and hot tub make this property perfect. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing/paddle boarding and a playground and in winter, there is a cross country ski trail right close by. 4WD is NOT required in the winter.
