Perfect for group traveling, family with kids or couples. It has 1 queen & 2 sliding beds (+ extra folding mattresses) to comfortably sleep 4 persons (max 6 or 7). Balcony view offers great city line & mountains view + property has easy access to public transportation. Stay for 7 days or more to enjoy good amount discount of 12%. The space You'll enjoy staying at this place because the overall space ambiance, clear daylight spirit throughout the day, while you have privacy for renting an entire apartment unit. This accomodation is situated closed to the city's main attractions with easy access to public transportation like online taxis and city buses. It's very easy to find food around, or, if you wish, you have a kitchenette to cook basic meals, with a fridge to chill your beverages. Free high speed WiFi Internet access (up to 30MBps) & TV Cable channels are readily available during your stay. All we'd request that you can help keep tidy by putting back things you used to where they were belong before. Please note that air conditioner (AC) only available in living room. This maybe not an issue as Bandung weather is usually cool. Note that in room #2 there's a fan guests can use. PS. We take a good care of hygiene of our place. Bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bathing towels are always freshly laundered from the laundry with every new guests stay. Guest access As our guests you can access 2 swimming pools, each for adult & children, a children playground, a basketball court and food court with handful of vendors open day & night. Including 3 minimarkets: 1 Indomaret & 2 Alfamarts. There are also rooftop gardens on floor 12 & 15 with beautiful Bandung city view from the top. We will hand over to you upon check-in: a secured access card so you can access all of these facilities conveniently. Other things to note Sometimes there can be some noises from outside traffic in the night or at dawn for prayers call (very common in West Java & many other areas in Indonesia). This may or may not distract you, depends if you have very sensitive ears or if you are not completely asleep.. Air conditioner (AC) only available in living room, not in each room, because Bandung city weather usually chill already. Gentle reminder to always turn off the Air Conditioner (AC) and lights before leaving the apartment. This can be done conveniently by turning off the main electrical switch. The main garbage trash collection bins are outside the unit, in the corner, near the lift. No smoking inside the apartment unit. Smoking is only allowed outside outdoor or at the apartment balcony. AirBnB is not quite like hotel, in order to have smooth check-in & check-out experiences, please be on time by informing your check-in & arrival time at least a day before your check-in date.
