The layout of floors: 2 FLOORS & 101 sqm/Floor plan: 2-story structure and total 101 square meters (31 pyeong): ★ 1st Floor (GROUND): - Private entrance -Living Dining room combo with Hammock chair - Bedroom 1 (One Unattached Bathroom 1 on the ground floor mainly for Bedroom 1) -Kitchen (Must go through Bedroom 1 to enter the kitchen) - Laundry corner ★ 1st floor: - Private entrance -Living room and dining room: hammock, dining table and tableware - Bedroom 1 (1 separate toilet) -Kitchen (accessible only through bedroom 1) - Laundry corner ★ 2nd Floor: -Bedroom2 (Attached Bathroom2): Connecting room -Bedroom3 (Attached Bathroom3) ★ 2nd Floor - Room 2 (connected connecting room), 3 (exclusive toilet) 2. COUCOU2 is not suitable for those who want to stay in a spacious bedroom as it consists of small bedrooms. (Bedrooms are 9-21 square meters.) 3. No wardrobes in all bedrooms; only wooden hangers are provided for clothes. It is just enough upon minimal style/ There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, only wooden hangers are provided. 4. To enter the kitchen, you have to go through Bedroom 1, which might influence this bedroom's privacy. In fact, we take advantage of the original structure of the previous house during refurbishment. Anyone who does not feel bothered by this disadvantage of the house should book a stay. This house is a remodeled existing house, so if you want to enter the kitchen from the existing structure, you must enter through Room 1. To use this room, we recommend booking only for guests who can tolerate this inconvenience. 5. Location: The house is inside of a big residential alley (4 meters in width) which is only 12 meters to walk from main street. There is a SMALL LOCAL FOOD STORE of our old neighbors inside the alley who sell lunch for local people. They are very friendly; however, they can't speak English at all. If you meet them by chance, smile with them then they will be more than happy. Only ones would like to stay in an alley and feel not be bothered by the above mentioned should book a stay. Location: This house is located between a large alley with a width of 4m, about 12m from the main road. This street is home to local restaurants for locals, and they are very friendly but unfortunately do not speak English. If you smile at them when you meet them, they will be very happy. (If you are uncomfortable with these parts, please consider carefully when making a reservation.) 6. CLIMB: The house has 2 floors, about 7 meters (~ 22 feet) off the ground, and is only accessible by stairs. “Stairs” is just another way of saying that you need to bring your luggage to go up and down to the room. Only those who believe they are physically capable should book a stay. You can only move to the second floor via the stairs. There is no separate elevator, so it may be inconvenient to carry your luggage. 7. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. Only TV in living room/Please watch TV only in the living room, and there is no TV in all bedrooms. 8. NO BUGS, MOSQUITOES in the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitoes or cockroaches from the front yard. They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors / windows. Don't forget to close the doors/windows carefully when you are on the TERRACE to prevent mosquitoes coming into the bedrooms. Bug repellent is provided in the cabinet, but it never hurts to bring your own. They really don't get that bad, but their presence increases after a hard rain, especially in rainy season and the twilight hours. You should also clean after yourself with foods you bring into the house. Make sure that you don't bring them into your bedrooms. We don't expect to see ants here, right? Pest Prevention: COUCOU HOME is managed to prevent any insects or mosquitoes from entering. However, in a tropical climate like here, all insects or mosquitoes/cockroaches coming from the rooftop of the building, the garden of the house, or the surrounding environment may infiltrate, so the rooftop door must always be closed! Also, if you bring food to the accommodation, please keep it clean and prevent food from being brought into the bedroom. You don't want ants to be attracted, do you? 9. NO SPICES available in the kitchen for its cleanliness. If you plan on cooking, please kindly buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean after yourself. Honesty Mini Bar with a price list for self-serving. Related to kitchen use: There are no seasonings or spices in the COUCOU HOME kitchen. If you plan to cook, please prepare before traveling or purchase at a nearby supermarket. Also, please clean the kitchen after use. The minibar is self-operated. 10. SAFETY. The city police station is one block away. Moreover, we have installed a security camera in front of the house. Well, this is absolutely a safe private area. No worries at all during your stay here. The camera is well installed. Also, the police station is one block away. So this is a very safe area. You don't have to worry about safety during your stay. 11. NOISE. You might hear dog barking from the neighborhood when they discover strangers in the alley. Noise problem: You may hear dogs barking as it is located in a residential area. 12.
