This immaculate and luxurious ground floor expansive accommodation is light, airy, stylish and oozes opulence! Perfect for family / friends with a love for activities and exploring South Dorset. 10 minutes drive from Weymouth beaches, Lulworth Cove. Open plan kitchen to living area, two bedrooms, wet room, utility area, cloakroom, outstanding Orangery with garden views, private walled garden , enclosed coach house/ own drive in private grounds of Manor House, with direct countryside walks. The space Originally, ‘servants quarters’ of the Manor House, this expansive air bnb offers a generous immaculate large airy space with open open living, dining kitchen area leading to a fabulous front aspect orangery , which leads onto an attractive patio with front lawn. There is a private walled garden to the rear, which is accessed via the dining area, plus a secure fully enclosed coach house which can be used to safely keep sports / bike equipment and safe for a dog. There is a master bedroom with generous king size bed, plus second bedroom with a bunk bed, for either children or adults. There is a vanity sink in this second bedroom. There is a utility room, with washing machine, cloakroom , and oversized wet room. We can accommodate well behaved pets, but request they do not directly sit on white bedding and cream sofa. The decor is fuss free and modern , and all newly renovated. Perfect for a family , friends who enjoy loads of space and nice things! and appreciate our location which is fabulous for cycling , walking, lovely local beaches and exploring Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth and Swanage. Guest access Guests have secure ground floor private access to The Orangery and also a fantastic dog friendly coach house to the right , which takes you through to the rear walled courtyard. We believe this makes a fabulous venue for sports lovers as you can safely keep bikes , and pretty much any sports equipment as we are blessed with lots of space! Parking is safe and secure on long gravel frontage to the front of property. Facilities are exclusive to guests. Approached via stunning lime tree gravelled driveway, in a peaceful countryside setting with direct walks to Osmington, white horse , and coastal paths. Other things to note I recommend a car to explore the area. We respectfully request no unreasonable noise, no smoking on the grounds, and hope you will love and look after the Orangery during your stay.
