Modern studio with A/C and balcony in the center

This comfy and newly designed small studio in the center is an ideal base for exploring the city. It is right in front of the Great Synagogue with a view on it from our balcony. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Discover this authentic and trendy neighbourhood that is also famous for the so called ruin pubs. Our place is perfect for a couple who wish to stay in the vibrant city center. Easy access to public transportation: metro and tram stops are within 5 min walk. The space About the apartment Step into a classic courtyard and feel a sense of calm. Our studio is situated on the second floor and there is an elevator. The apartment was completely renovated and decorated with new pieces of furniture in April 2019. It includes a queen-size double bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony and a small but well equipped kitchenette. The studio features a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a balcony too (with a view of the Synagogue). There is a common laundry room right beside the studio where you can use the washing machine for free. Other things to note In an attempt to make your stay great and special, here’s a couple of things you can expect from us: - We can help you with fixed-priced airport transfers, please ask us about the details. We are also happy to help with recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing, things to do, etc. - An initial set of bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is no daily cleaning or maid service. - Check in till 11pm. If you arrive later than 11pm, please ask us about self check in options. - After 11pm we have limited or no availability and we don’t have 0-24 reception. If you are unsure about how the check in works or have other questions about your stay, please contact us before 11pm. - We aim to answer your queries, questions and messages quickly (our average response time is around 30 minutes, which is among the fastest on Airbnb). It doesn’t mean we are always able to answer you within a couple of minutes. To ensure a smooth check in, please communicate your planned arrival time in advance (3 days before your arrival, unless you made a last minute booking).
