Private shower room with toilet & hand-basin. Private patio area & BBQ. Shared use of garden. The space Guests have the exclusive use of a spacious private sitting room with two easy chairs, dining table and chairs, air cooler, built in oven, built in fridge, ninja foodie dual zone air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. In the separate utility area is a sink and drainer, washing machine, dishwasher and small freezer, with space for muddy boots etc. A welcome pack is provided including tea, coffee, milk and water filter jug. The private shower room provides shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, flannels, and towels. Additional towels are available on request. The spacious double bedroom with double size memory foam bed has ample wardrobe and drawer space, and a tower fan. Additional pillows are available on request. Outside, guests have a patio and seating area with a beautiful view down the garden towards open farmland where deer roam free. Guest access The accommodation is a private ground floor guest suite with separate access, converted from farm buildings. There is ample parking space to the front and side of the house, and an acre of lawned garden with slate patio area. Other things to note Our property is not suitable for children or pets in view of the stove, road access and duck pond which we believe pose unacceptable risks.
