Among flowers, olive and cherry trees, two wisteria-covered gazebos await: one shading a cozy rocking chair, the other featuring a large table for outdoor dining. A spacious covered barbecue, green lawn, two porches—one furnished with another large table—and a children’s area complete the setting. The two-level garden, connected by a charming stone staircase, is easily accessible from both the ground and first floors. The ground floor features a large basement dining area for 14 guests, including the tower’s ground level, used as a kitchen. On the first floor, the circular tower space serves as a cozy lounge with a comfortable round sofa facing the TV, extending into a spacious two-story open lounge, divided from the kitchen by a large marble countertop. Two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, are on the first floor, with additional bedrooms upstairs. The tower’s rooftop is a large round terrace belonging to the suite, offering a stunning valley view—best enjoyed with a glass of local wine at the round iron table, gazing at the vineyards on the valley slope. Guest access the garden of the house is completely fenced. Parking is included in the fence. The whole area is available for guests, as well as the interior of the house, a part from two small service areas. Other things to note WARNING 1) The Tourist Tax applied by law to Guests by the Municipality of Castiglione Chiavarese is 2 Euro per person per day with a maximum of 3 days, to be collected by the Owner who will pay it to the Municipality. 2) Although not indicated in the "services" section, the house has an efficient heating system for the winter period, consisting of: - a modern thermosiphons system, with teperature controller foir each unit, powered by lpg gas boiler  - a fireplace and a wood stove The reason why this service has not been indicated is that its cost is additional, to be paid according to actual consumption. The price is 6 Euro per Cube meter. The total ammount to be paid is derived by consumption measured by checking gas meter at check in and at check out.
