Beautiful four bedroom beach house -STEP FREE ACCESS- on a quiet private beach in Norman’s bay East Sussex with views to die for- the beach to the back garden and fields with sheep to the front ( no houses). If you can’t relax here -you can’t relax anywhere! The house is situated on a private road, peaceful location. Smart tv, log burner and central heating for the cold nights. Parking for 3 cars. The beach stretches for miles ,with miles of sand at low tide ! The space Lovely well equipped beach house. The beach is the back garden. It has four bedrooms over three floors. Taking up to ten people and has two bathroom( one on suite) and a toilet downstairs. One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The master bedroom is large with a very large window with amazing sea views. Parking spaces for three cars on a private drive. Please note, there’s Not further parking in the area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc.. On the second floor is a gorgeous large double room with en suite and more amazing sea views. It’s children friendly and all geared up for families with young children with hight chair and cot( available upon request) toys, books and whole beach as your playground stretching from Bexhill at one end to Eastbourne at the other. The front of the house has views for miles across the Sussex marshes with hardly a house in sight -and the house is situated on a private road -so there is very little passing traffic. Downstairs there is a well appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kids plates & cutlery. Two large seating areas, dining area that seats up to 10 people overlooking directly onto the beach and a sunroom with a further dining area with French doors opening onto the beach with garden furniture for a perfect evening BBQ’s. Theres also a toilet downstairs. The house backs directly onto the beach and it’s very safe for children as it’s a large bay with no currents -perfect for swimming, inflatables etc !!! Whist a car is helpful - the local railway station (Normans Bay ) is 300 yards from the house with direct lines to London Victoria. Brighton ,Eastbourne and Hasting. The bedroom layout is as follows- Bedroom 1-one double bed (large picture window overlooking the sea ) Bedroom 2- double bed and a lovely terrace with table a chairs overlooking the sea . Bedroom 3-bunk bed with double bed below a single bed (views over the Sussex Marshes ) Please note; this room is a walk through to go up the on suite bedroom in the loft( so only works for kids to sleep ) Bedroom 4-double bed and a single bed with en-suite and far reaching sea views . For larger parties -the next door property with adjoining gardens can also be booked (if available )- listed on Airbnb as the beach house, Pevensey Bay. On the beach there is a patio area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers for sunbathing, and further seating overlooking the sea and a charcoal BBQ. The garden has stunning views for miles during the day or just to watch the amazing sunsets and starry nights -watching the reflection of the moon on the sea beside you ! Well behaved pets are also welcome /downstairs only and not on the furniture. ( MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS- MUST BE IN THE BOOKING). Bed linen and towels are provided. Not beach towels.
