(A point where the old and new expressway touch each other / 3 minutes drive from Kamats restaurant. Take the lane with two green boards saying 'Kerawala Compound'). Drive up till you reach large black iron gates with acrylic sheets on them. Our caretaker shall welcome you at the gates. We will share their contacts once the booking is done. Drive in and park your car/s. Please note that we have plenty of car parking (free of cost) within the compound. Enjoy the large 3000 sqft Lawns with Lord Budhha overlooking from a lotus pond. Walk the passage with Thai lotus murals adorning the stone walls. Enter an ante lobby after paying respects to the Lord Ganesha in the 'Aangan'. Enter an ante lobby that takes you into the large Living and Dining room with a 1000 sft patio attached to it. Feel home with Three bedrooms with attached toilet and walk in wardrobe/dressing area, which can accommodate maximum 10-18 people. (2 to 3 on each bed and rest on floor mattresses per room). Balconies with a great view of the greens around are attached to two bedrooms. You are free to use the Fully loaded kitchen with Fridge, Microwave Owen, Gas and all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Your caretaker makes good food (A La Carte) at additional costs. A large Glass Bottomed Swimming pool, attached to the living room (indoors and yet out doors) awaits you... for a nice cool dip. Get a nice pool ball for a game of aqua volleyball with friends and family. Enjoy your evenings and nights at the spaciously large lawn for your outdoor games and evening sit-out. Enter the Lower Ground Den ( The Den is the most visited place in the villa) and entertain yrself with Pool table, foosball, gym, disco with lights and a Bar. To take care of your comforts, we have a full time 24/7, caretaker family for all your needs.
