The space The house consists of a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and satellite TV with Fire TV Stick available (to be connected, with access to Netflix, Prime Video, RaiPlay, etc.). There is also a storage room with cleaning equipment. Upstairs is a double bedroom, with an extra single bed suitable for a child. The bed is always present, but is only prepared upon request before arrival. Full bathroom with shower stall, bidet, toilet and 50-litre boiler for hot water. Just 100 meters away, private parking with 2 parking spaces. Guest access The house is equipped with all amenities: washing machine, refrigerator, oven, kettle, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen, towels, pillows, SMART TV, Wi-Fi and pellet stove for the winter period. From October to April, pellet heating is not included and is counted based on consumption: €5.50 per bag. We also offer a small welcome basket for breakfast, to start your stay at its best!
