Welcome to Wasserburg am Bodensee, in an apartment as you like it. We have newly furnished and equipped the apartment: high-quality Sollnhofen natural stone. The furnishings are beautiful and valuable made of solid wood, leather, cotton, 100% down duvets. The space The apartment itself: It is located on the second floor of a solid building constructed in 1985. The duplex apartment extends over two levels. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper areas of the apartment. The living room on the lower level has a balcony facing west (evening sun). Dining room and kitchen as well as toilet can also be found here. We paid attention to cozy and high-quality furnishings. A Stressless couch in the living room, a Domicil kitchen (Made in Germany), a Voglauer dining area, and teak furniture on the balcony. The natural stone floor installed throughout the entire apartment provides the necessary cooling, especially during the hot summer months. On the upper level, you will find the three beautiful bedrooms, each with two solid wood beds. One of them is a four-poster bed. We place great importance on a high-end sleeping environment: quality mattresses from a German manufacturer, down-filled summer duvets with Pomeranian down (German brand). The bed linens provided for you by Bauer from Thuringia are of course made of natural fiber. Also on the second floor is a large bathroom with a window. We also newly clad the bathroom in natural stone. Here, nothing is left to be desired. - 1 x bathtub - 1 x shower - 1 x toilet - 1 x sink - 1 bidet Bed linens (the beds are already made for you), hand towels and bath towels are provided and are included in your booking. Another highlight is that one of the bedrooms has a south-facing balcony (sun all day) overlooking an idyllicly landscaped garden. Other things to note As the operators of what are now four vacation rentals, we are also delighted to welcome you as our guest. We started our "family project" in 2014 and have already been able to accommodate numerous guests. As a family, we have put a lot of love into our apartments and aim to make your stay a pleasant one. Bed linens, hand towels and bath towels are included in the price - you don't have to bring these items from home. We live only about 40 min. away from our properties. Should any problems arise during your stay, we will be there for you within short time. We are always open to improvements and look forward to your constructive suggestions to make your next stay even better. A tourist tax must also be paid for staying as holiday guests. For this, you get various discounts. People aged 16 and over must pay a fee of €3.30/day. Children aged 6 and over €2.20/day.
