Welcome to Wasserburg am Bodensee, in an apartment as you like it. We have newly furnished and equipped the apartment: high-quality Sollnhofen natural stone. The furnishings are beautiful and valuable made of solid wood, leather, cotton, 100% down duvets. The space The apartment itself: It is located on the first floor of a solid building built in 1985. The duplex apartment extends over two levels. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper areas of the apartment. The living room on the lower level has a balcony facing west (evening sun). Dining room and kitchen as well as toilet can also be found here. We have paid attention to cozy and high-quality furnishings. A Stressless couch in the living room, a Domicil kitchen (Made in Germany), a Voglauer dining area, teak furniture on the balcony. The natural stone floor laid throughout the apartment brings the necessary cooling, especially in the hot summer months. On the upper level you will find the three beautiful bedrooms, each with two solid wood beds. One of them is a canopy bed. We value an upscale sleep culture: quality mattresses from a German manufacturer, down summer beds with Pomeranian down (German make). The bed linen provided for you by the company Bauer from Thuringia is of course made of natural fiber. Also on the second floor is a large bathroom with window. We have also newly clad the bathroom in natural stone. It leaves nothing to be desired - 1 x bathtub - 1 x shower - 1 x toilet - 1 x sink - 1 x bidet As another highlight, one of the bedrooms offers a south-facing balcony (sun all day) overlooking an idyllic garden. Other things to note As the operator of now four apartments, we are looking forward to welcoming you as a guest. We started our "family project" in 2014 and have already been able to accommodate numerous guests. As a family, we have put a lot of love into our apartments and aim to make your stay a pleasant one. We live only about 40 minutes away from our properties. If you have any problems during your stay, we will be there for you within a short time. We are always open to improvements and look forward to your constructive suggestions to make your stay even better next time. For the stay as a holiday guest, a tourist tax is also payable. You will receive various discounts for this. Persons aged 16 and over have to pay a contribution of €2.70/day. Children from 6 years €1.10/day.
