If you'd like to use the enclosed garage for your two- and four-wheeled vehicles, this will be an option to be agreed upon together. Guest access You have access to the studio as well as a small dedicated room in the garage. To get there, go through the glass door opposite the studio door, turn left, and at the end on the left, there is a small room dedicated to the studio where you will find the washing machine. Other things to note Nature walks by the river are 150 m away. One of the best bakeries in the area, 50 m away, for a romantic breakfast. A 24-hour Pizza distributor (fresh every day) 100 m away, pharmacies, doctors and SUPER U 2 km away.
