A 2 bedroom,1.5 bathroom house in Los Dolses, the house boasts multiple outdoor areas where you can relax, eat, sunbathe and play. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms and they also both have ceiling fans. The property looks out over a beautiful peaceful square and the large very attractive communal swimming pool is just a minute walk away. The nearby Rioja and Los Dolses commercial centres are only a 2 minute walk away. The space The area is very suited to couples and families, it has many blue flag beaches, beautiful golf courses and things to do if you require them. A pleasant 15 minute walk will take you to Villamartin Plaza where you can often find live music on the centre stage or in one of the many lovely restaurants. If you are travelling with children, we have some small toys and crayons etc in the house and also we have beach and pool toys outside in a storage box that you are welcome to make use of during your stay. La Zenia boulevard - is a 2 minute drive away which offers a world class shopping centre and restautants. The town of Cabo Roig also offers a good alternative night out. Torrevieja is just a short drive away where there is a large market, evening street stalls and a marina and great Spanish cuisine gives a good feel of the real Spain. It also has a night funfair for the little ones. The coast is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded a blue flag for their cleanliness and safety making them ideal for families. There is also several golf courses in the area, 3 within a 5 minute drive. A car is not necessary for a relaxing sunshine break, but is useful if you plan on exploring the area. Please be reapectful of our neighbours and other pool users, you must shower before each pool use and no glass is to be taken around the pool area.
