L'Annexe: charming maisonette 10 min from Arras

Welcome to the Annex, a charming independent cottage located in the Arras countryside, 12 minutes from Arras. Here, we offer you a refreshing break in a space designed with originality and "extra soul". The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideal for a couple wanting to enjoy a quiet time or for a family with independent children. The space The Annex is a small outbuilding that is part of our property🏡. We live there, and this is also where I work as an independent designer. Our wish: to make you have a pleasant and soothing time in a setting where you will not miss anything ⭐️. Access to the accommodation: - from the street, via a secure gate. - you can park safely in the inner courtyard. - you will have a remote control to be autonomous during your stay. The welcoming committee: - we have with us a lovely little 2-year-old Golden 🐕 named Hoïan. She loves to receive guests. Keep an eye on your slippers during your stay 😉 Sleeping: - located upstairs (so unfortunately difficult to access for people with reduced mobility). - there is an independent bedroom with the possibility of 3 beds (one double bed + 1 single bed) as well as a mezzanine open to the staircase that can accommodate 2 beds (convertible sofa bed). - we have a baby cot upon request. - for privacy reasons, we prefer single couples or families with children. - the beds are made on arrival. The bathroom: - has a shower and a sink - the toilet is integrated - towel dryer and wardrobe - towels are included - there is no washing machine built into the cottage (on request). The kitchen - removable glass-ceramic plates - microwave - kettle/coffee maker/Nespresso (coffee and tea provided) - cookware and kitchen utensils - set of dishes - dishwashing liquid and kitchen linens provided - table with 4 chairs Access to the garden: - from the living room on the ground floor of the vacation rental, you can access the garden as well as the amenities there (terrace, table, chair, playground). The Annex is a unique accommodation: the arrangements made are mostly the result of the creative revisit of objects, furniture and various decorative elements, in the continuation of my activity at the APOSTILLE Workshop. Guest access The accommodation is available from 5:30 p.m. and must be returned on the day of departure at 10 a.m. Other things to note For late arrivals, possibility to book a homemade meal tray (option to be discussed at the time of booking) For couples and families, it is possible to book a small creative activity at the APOSTILLE Workshop on weekends (subject to availability).
