The space 🏡 A FULLY PRIVATE GITE We welcome you to our old 19th-century Sologne farmhouse, offered as a group cottage and entirely private for your stay. You have access to all the buildings, living areas and outdoor spaces. The rooms are prepared before your arrival, bath towels, bed linens, dish towels and dishwashing products are provided, and cleaning is included in the price. The accommodation is laid out around several areas that allow you to fully enjoy group life while maintaining everyone's privacy. 🛏️ THE 5 BEDROOMS IN THE MAIN BUILDING The 5 bedrooms are separate and each has its own private bathroom and toilet, as well as a TV and fiber Wi-Fi. They open directly onto the garden. Each bedroom can accommodate 1-3 people, for a total capacity of 11 beds. Depending on the composition of your group, the beds can be configured as double beds and/or single beds. This arrangement is particularly appreciated by groups made up of several couples, families or generations: everyone can have their own space while enjoying time together. 🏡 A PRIVATE SPACE INTEGRATED INTO THE GITE On the upper floor of the former barn is a private area that is fully part of the cottage and the exclusive rental. It is not a separate unit: it is integrated into the whole property and accessible from the common areas. It features: • One bedroom with a double bed • a living room with kitchenette; • a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain, with a double bed and a sofa bed; • a bathroom; • A separate toilet. This space allows some members of the group to enjoy a little more privacy or a separate living area, while remaining fully integrated with the group and enjoying the entire vacation rental and its outdoor areas. It may be particularly suitable for a family, grandparents or a small group who want a quieter space without being separated from the rest of the group. 🍽️ A LARGE LIVING ROOM FOR GATHERING TOGETHER On the ground floor of the old barn, a large living room of about 50 m² forms the welcoming heart of the cottage. It includes: • a fully equipped kitchen; • a dining area with a large farmhouse table; • A relaxation area with a library; • Games for children; • a dartboard; • a Frog Game This is the space where the group can cook, share meals, play, and meet all together. 🌿 A FULLY ENCLOSED GARDEN You can enjoy all the outdoor areas, with a large private garden of about 1,500 square meters (16,146 square feet). The property is fully fenced, which allows families in particular to enjoy the garden with their children in a safer environment. A terrace with an arbor features tables and chairs for outdoor dining and leisure time on sunny days. 🚗 PRIVATE, SECURE PARKING Private, gated parking within the property can accommodate up to 8 cars. A locked bike storage area is also available for your use. 🍽️ CATERING SERVICES UPON REQUEST To make your stay easier, we can also offer the following, depending on your needs and our availability: • breakfasts; • meals; • Picnic baskets. Guest access 🔑 ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE GÎTE You have full, independent use of the entire vacation rental and its outdoor areas, which are exclusively reserved for your group during your stay. You have access to the 5 bedrooms in the main building, the private area within the vacation rental, the large living room, the equipped kitchen, the library and the various recreation areas. You can also freely enjoy the enclosed 1,500-square-meter (16,146-square-foot) garden, the pergola and its dining area, the private, gated parking area that can accommodate up to 8 cars, and the enclosed bike storage room. 🍽️ EXTRA SERVICES To enhance your stay, we offer the following, by reservation and for an additional fee: • Breakfasts; • Table d'hôte, with dishes prepared from local and organic products; • Picnic baskets.
